All one has to say is Pro Sports Club. It is a world class spa and fitness facility and Julie who did and has done my pedicures for some time is also world class! She is a very talented nail tech and make-up artist not to mention, warm, friendly, funny, and an all around pleasure to know.
Our wedding had a fishing theme(an elegant fishing theme, not redneck), since that interest brought Mark and I together. And coming from South Carolina we just knew we had to have fried catfish on the menu. After a trip to the gun range, Mark best friend took him to this little place in Renton for lunch. When Mark came home he said he had to take me there, that they had incredible catfish...he did, and it was like going back home. Bill and Carol and wonderful people and so easy to work with. Not only do they have incredible catfish, they have a smoked prime rib that is out of this world, plus their prices beat anyone else we had interviewed. Bill fried the catfish on site, and in addition we also had smoked chicken, baked macaroni and cheese, tossed green salad, and corn bread. This ol' southen' belle was in pure heaven.
Salon Melini in Renton is wonderful. I am extremely picky about my hair stylist and it takes me a while to find someone I really feel comfortable and confident in. Kathy at Salon Melini is it! She made my hair look absolutely beautiful and natural which helped to make me feel beautiful that day. My groom loves an old fashioned straight razor shave, so when The Art of Shaving moved into Bellevue Square he was thrilled! Unfortunately the barber he started with is no longer there, but the new one is also very good. Mark looked like a million bucks that day and he felt like it as well.
