Wonderful officiant, everyone was impressed by the ceremony... I felt very comfortable with him and don't have enough good things to say!
Wonderful to work with. Returns were very easy and I could register for everything I wanted to online which was a huge convenience. MOST of my guests who bought off a registry, bought from this registry!
I know some people do not have a great experience at this bridal shop, however I certainly did. I always got undivided attention, and I found my dress there despite not being able to find it anywhere else.
My flowers were gorgeous and they didn't "bust the budget". The owner worked with me to stay within my budget but get the look I wanted... and in the end she ended up throwing in 2 extra arrangements for my buffet tables that I didn't know about. Talk about a wonderful surprise once I got to the reception!
Great guy to work with and the pictures were wonderful. The album was a bit expensive but in the end I had to have it, it was too beautiful not to have.
The cake TASTED amazing, but it also looked great. They had wonderful customer service and always treated me like a friend more than a customer.
I loved that Amazon sent me a message everytime I had a purchase off of my registry. Many of the items offered free shipping if you went w/ the super saver shipping (it takes longer, but who cares!) and I could register for a huge selection of things (everything from games, to tents, to a wii). I love amazon and do most of my online shopping with them, and it was nice to allow my guests to have the option of buying from them as well (plus, I got to register for all my "fun" items)
Renee Jenkins was our day-of-coordinator, but she really served us in a greater capacity than that. She was wonderful and really I think SHE is the reason that 99% of the wedding day went by flawlessly.
We LOVED this hotel. It was on the best beach in Aruba, and by the end of the week (actually before them.. probably even the second day) the entire staff was like family. Everyone recognized us and treated us wonderfully. Unlike some hotels we didn't have to go out to the beach at 6am to grab lounge chairs under a cabana, they were available 24-7. The food was also amazing, we didn't feel the need to leave the hotel for very much at all, we were quite content there =)
I decided to book our honeymoon ourselves, but I didn't want to go through orbitz or expedia (etc) because I didn't want to deal with last minute flight changes like I always do through them. So, I tried aavacations and had a wonderful experience. Nothing was changed on us, and when Manchebo went totally non-smoking, we received a call to make sure this was okay (if not AA would have made other arrangements for us). I have no complaints!
