Wedgewood did a great job. Allison Fronk is a must have for a coordinator. She is so patient and returns calls and emails very quickly. If there was any problems, she would step up and fix it all on her own. You MUST request her only!!!
They designed my cake color wrong, it looked ridiculous. I told them about the problem and they offered a simple apology and said the woman that decorated the cake did not speak good english. That is no excuse to ruin the most important cake of a brides life. Then another lady sent me some very rude emails and finally I got a partial refund. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and they put a cheesy yellow scroll work instead of gold and it was embarassing. My friend also got married at Crystal Spings and Satura Cakes gave her the wrong flavor cake.
Just be very careful and demand what you want to make sure you get what you want and what you deserve for a wedding cake.
Monique was great to work with. The limo was awesome and we got a GREAT price for a 20 person hummer. We had it for 4 hours and then they picked us up after the reception for $500, tax and tip included. They also had champagne and water in the limo. You HAVE to give them a try.
They are a rip off. Your guests have to pay for shipping. We got stuck with a bunch of gift cards and of course you can only get MORE store credit for returns.
Great dresses for decent prices. A little much for alterations which is why I only gave them 4 stars. But they try to work with you to make you happy. The owner is very nice and great for support of getting what you need and even emotional support for when I had a little freak out moment.
Beautiful rooms at great prices. Great Sunday bruch too. We got a block of rooms for $99 each and the rooms and hotel are really nice. We stayed in the main suite, it was HUGE and so nice, the bathtub was bigger than my entire bathroom. A great place to get ready with your bridesmaids, lots of space and lots of mirrors, a nice kitchen and great service.
