Crate and Barrel

AMAZING registry vendor! They were always happy to help and very friendly and congratulatory. When one of the plates we received was broken, they were apologetic and willing to send out a replacement.

They are a rip off. Your guests have to pay for shipping. We got stuck with a bunch of gift cards and of course you can only get MORE store credit for returns.

Crate and Barrel is also a great registry option. Though they don't have the greatest sales, they do have items with great style. Also, customer service is excellent--we received some bar glasses in the mail and one was broken. I assumed it would be a big hassle and I'd have to take the broken glass to a store or something, but I called and then immediately shipped out a new glass, no questions asked.

We love all of our gifts and it was very easy how everything was delivered right to our apartment. Make sure you wait a few weeks to get the rest of the items on you registry. They send you all these coupons and discounts and we had already purchased all our stuff.

Great service and merchandise. However, so many of their items are seasonal, and are discontinued before the wedding.

Though they can be a little pricey, they have great home decor and kitchen items. They had items we just couldn't find at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Awesome! Gifts arrived really well packed! =) Everything had a tag letting you know who bought the gift.

LOVE this store and there were plenty of nice, affordable gifts for my guests to purchase.

Well, really, what can you say bad about them? Okay, I wish there was one closer to Santa Barbara.
