Several items were listed as in store, but were not in the correct colors. We were told we could not register until six months before the wedding (we knew we wouldn't have time and went at nine months)...turns out, you can, but the representative the day we first went turned us away. Terrible business practice.
Lots of individualized attention,items often on sale, sent a summary of all purchases (including who bought them) within a couple of weeks after the wedding. Non-sale prices can be restrictive. Good return/exchange policies.
Terrible service. Absolutely no help and samples were size 4 (we later found out there was a plus size section that we were not informed about). They cut labels out so nobody knows who made it or what fabrics were used. No discontinued sales (sample dresses were full price!). Extremely pretentious. Awful.
Great prices, good staff. Rumored to have some not good staff, however. The sample/sale gown area is huge! And the dress selection is great.
They were good, but not great. Everyone had a good time, though.
If you are in any way on the fence about getting a photobooth, DO IT! Our guests had so much fun and these ladies were just wonderful. They set up everything in a perfect space, instructed everyone very well, and had lots of patience with all of the children. The prop box was hilarious and the memory book was just perfect (and we got to look at pictures as soon as we got home instead of waiting for a few weeks). HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
We did not have our groomsmen rent tuxes, but the tux we rented was great! The only downside was that some of the staff seemed to not care about anything (which was a shame because some staff members were great!).
Great price, very nice invites (we received several compliments), no extra postage. There was a bit of legwork, however.
