Do not use this hotel to accomodate your guests. Staff appears friendly and gave me a reasonable price for my wedding block. However, every guest that attempted to make a reservation for our wedding was either told that all of the rooms were booked already, that there is no such wedding block, or given the run around until they finally gave in and paid full price for the rooms instead of the discounted price. I got so many phone calls from friends and family about this. I called the hotel so many times and they kept trying to smooth things over but were obviously lying to me. In addition, My husband and I booked the only suite they have in the hotel. I was guaranteed 12 pm check in so that I could get ready in the suite. I arrived late around 2 pm the day of the wedding and still had to wait for the room to be available. All of the guests from my wedding block were staying on all different floors that were no where near each other. And they all paid a different price for their room. One guest was told that she was getting a suite with 2 separate bedrooms at an extra price, and all the hotel did was add a cot to a regular 1-bedroom hotel room and called it a "suite." I would never stay in another Crowne Plaza hotel again.
I am not a flower person, but Lisa made me love my wedding flowers. She made exactly what I wanted with perfect detail and such vibrant colors. The wedding would not have been the same without them. She offered great advice, was extremely friendly, and gave us a great price! Highly recommended!
Located in Fairfield, NJ. Great price and reliability. We used the same company for our prom 7 years ago. They even let us have the same driver! The company also offers other services like DJ, photography and accessories, but we had already booked those other things. Highly recommended once again!
Located in Northvale, NJ. We had an engagement photo shoot with Jason prior to the wedding, which was great and the pictures were beautiful. Everyone loved Jason's style and personality at our wedding. He was available at all times to grab any photos we wanted. Also returns proofs very quickly. Ours were ready in about 3 weeks and they look amazing! We looked at about 10 photographers beforehand, we were so impressed by Jason's work and his prices were very affordable for what he's offering. Very highly recommended!
Played good music during the reception that got people moving. They were extremely nice to us and we were very comfortable with the company until our emcee was switched on us 2 weeks before the wedding without anyone telling us. The new emcee mispronounced our new last name when introducing us and did not play specific songs we requested.
