The communication was great with the agency and with the company owner. When I received word three days before the wedding that I had been communicating with the OWNER and not the DJ I was a little upset....and with reason. For our reception entrance NONE of the songs that we had planned on were played. I had to go over to the DJ to make sure he had the rest of the songs right. I was a little upset because I had that entrance song in my head for months and months. Everyone was having a blast with the music so I can't complain too much I was the only one who noticed.
Erin & Matt were wonderful to work with! They responded to emails very quickly which was a plus because I have weird work hours. They shot our engagement session & it was great! On the day of the wedding it was great to see a familiar face! The only complaint I have is the lack variety of shots with the bridal party, we were under a tree and that was it. I would have loved some jumping shots and some shots with the beautiful sky in the background. Overall they were a great pick and I'm thankful for all of the beautiful pictures I have.
They were easy to work with and knew their stuff! We actually go to see what the groom & groomsmen would be wearing months before the wedding. I was able to make a last minute change two months before the wedding with no problem. I think it's the way to go because you actually get to see the "look" in person before the day of.
Mike was great to work with! I'm sure I drove him nuts by changing the colors a few months before the wedding but things turned out great.
They were great to work with and Peggy was very kind! I was only able to meet with them one time because I was out of state in Georgia. Peggy emailed me back and forth after a few pictures here and there we came up with my cake. When I walked into the reception I literally had my mouth open and pointed! I couldn't believe how beautiful the cake was & it was delicious! I give them an A+!
