The communication was great with the agency and with the company owner. When I received word three days before the wedding that I had been communicating with the OWNER and not the DJ I was a little upset....and with reason. For our reception entrance NONE of the songs that we had planned on were played. I had to go over to the DJ to make sure he had the rest of the songs right. I was a little upset because I had that entrance song in my head for months and months. Everyone was having a blast with the music so I can't complain too much I was the only one who noticed.
