He was very friendly and met with us a special time that worked for us (different than he normal meeting times) because we were out of town coming in. Very talented, delicious flavors and BEAUTIFUL cake!! Only reason not 5 stars is because after our cake tasting, he didn't write down our preferences and forgot what we decided we wanted, so we had to guess and give him flavors/layers months later. Still would recommend, just take your own notes at tasting, too.
Beautiful space and delicious food! Gave a 4/5 though because as the bride and groom we had to flag them down for more water and they refilled everyone's but head table! More awareness would've been appreciated.
Bridal bouquet turned out great, however, the colors in the bridal party's bouquets were much darker than we requested. Still, they looked nice and it wasn't a huge deal.
Brittany and Caleb have such wonderfully pleasant and flexible personalities! Extremely talented eye for beauty and thoroughness. Very patient and calming on the day of. You want a photographer who not only takes great pictures, but is pleasant and enhances your special day with a smile and encouragement! Also did our engagement photos. HIGHLY recommend!!!
He did a good job of playing music at the wedding and some problem solving as a few things came up. Mostly though, we had a negative experience. He had a reluctant attitude to be flexible the day of event to multiple people in my family, lied and said the photographer (who I later asked) said he could stand at the top of the stairs during our grand entrance so he was in all those photos (and now the photographer is spending extra time editing him out), mispronounced half the wedding party even after checking it through before, awkward demeanor and not personable. We were surprised that he had so many satisfied clients, but then figured out why. He said if we'd have waited and didn't post a negative review, he'd have given us a partial refund as a "negotiation" (sounds more like a payoff/buyout). Wouldn't recommend.
Very accommodating when we registered! Offered us beverages, answered questions, and we got a free gift. Easy returns/exchanges.
Were very flexible with our time needs and the driver was very polite and pleasant.
