I couldn't have been happier with DJ Ali! The pricing was absolutely fantastic and she worked with us EVERY step of the way!! We met with her three times to go over every little detail of the wedding and she even went to our venue to make sure she would get all the details set up perfect. Our venue had a piano and we wanted someone to play. She found someone for us at reasonable cost and even bundled everything into her contract for us! I couldn't say enough great things about DJ Ali!!! She's WONDERFUL!!!
I wouldn't recommend this caterer to anyone! I hired them to work off site at my venue as a full service caterer. I was promised the world and I didn't get it! For starters, I was told that they would bring all my decorations to the venue and then one week before the wedding I was scrambling for a truck and someone to help me bring everything there! Then the day of the wedding the owner was screaming at me and one of the people helping set up that one of the main focal points wasn't a main focal point when. NONE of the tablecloths fit the tables and they were cheap and flimsy, not like you see at their venue or the ones they told me they were bringing. They didn't set up even half of my decorations and my wedding party had to set up the other half. The food was good, not great, the champagne toast was WINE not champagne! I kept getting yelled at through the night that I was putting them behind and I was running late. A worker of theirs kept stopping me and asking me questions and even asked me if she could have some of my centerpieces. At the end of the night, they made me and my bridal party stay to help clean up even though I had already arranged it so that we wouldn't need to. Of course, after being told I wouldn't need to worry about bringing my decorations to and fro, I needed to arrange to pick them up as well. I found out afterwards that they never even attempted to refill any of the candy at the candy bar either! Hundreds of dollars of candy, wasted!!! Then we found out we were robbed! They immediately blamed my guests!!! Why would the people who ALL gave us money and gifts rob us?! These people were terrible!! Do NOT hire these people!!!
Michelle and Christine are AMAZING! I would recommend them for anything! We had our engagement shoot first and Michelle made us feel so comfortable and we had a blast! The photos came out fantastic! Before the wedding Michelle contacted me to find out exactly what I wanted and double and triple checked everything. They both showed up on time and got to work right away! They were both professional and fun to work with! Highly, highly dedicated to what they promise and the photographs are a testament to their hard work and talent!
Paul was absolutely wonderful! The photo booth was such a hit at my wedding and everyone loved it! My wedding party bought the booth for me as a gift and didn't know the props were extra. Paul knew I was a bit disappointed so he came into my bridal sweet and told me that they were all taken care of and to have a wonderful day! I was floored by his generosity! After my ceremony he helped me bring my meal over to my table so I wouldn't have any 'mishaps'. At the end of the wedding, before he was going to pack up, he came over and suggested that I get some photo's in with myself and my husband as well as my family members and bridal party. He was so wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone! Everyone at the wedding is still raving about him!!!
Our flowers for the wedding came out very beautiful. My only complaint was that the mothers all had wrist corsages when they were supposed to have pin on's,
Beware of hidden costs with this vendor! I really liked how my hair and makeup came out, so don't get me wrong but, I am extremely disappointed on how much I ended up spending based on my initial quote. I feel as though I was lied to and I don't like that. I was told and quoted an initial price and I paid that for myself and my girls for hair and makeup. I went in and even paid an arm and a leg to have a mock up done. As I was leaving that day, I was told that gratuity wasn't included in the price quote I was already given over the phone and in person. WHAT! Come on! And to top it off, she never even told me what the gratuity was! I ended up paying over $120 in gratuity
PLUS she asked for a tip! Some nerve! My hair and makeup did come out terrific as well as my girls but, the prices are definitely hidden!!!
I Love, Love, LOVE this store! Such amazing service! They helped me from my wedding dress to my shoes! The pricing on alterations can't be beat either! This store is like a hidden gem!
The owner and his sister are worth the visit alone to this shop! You get the one on one attention when you go into a place like this, not handed a book like when you go to Men's Warehouse. It's a unique and hilarious experience.
WORST experience EVER! We went here to get our bridesmaids dresses. We made a late appointment at a bridal show to work around everyone's schedule. When I arrived I asked them to pull up the selections I had saved to my account and they said they had already looked and I had none. I had to pull them up on my phone while we walked around and looked for the dresses on the racks. While the girls tried on dresses I had nowhere to sit. After three dresses they had found one they really liked but wanted to try one more. The lady told them they were closing and we shouldn't have made such a late appointment...WHAT!? The girls decided to get the one they had tried on last. When they asked about layaway, which was the only reason we came, they were told the dresses they were looking at were not available for layaway. In the meantime, I had been looking for a new corset tie for my gown and when I looked online, everyone had said to look at DB. They didn't even want to sell me one because I didn't buy my dress there. When they finally agreed to they quoted me one price and when I went to check out it was $90 more! When I went to the store I bought my dress at, they informed me that I would not be able to get it dyed as DB stated I could. My girls ended up getting their alterations at the store where I bought my dress and the store also bought the corset from me and MADE me a new one in the color I wanted. I wouldn't recommend a chain store like this to anyone! Find a small store and support them!
The owners of this store are nice. My husband wanted a ring specially made and no other chain store would even help him. Although his ring came close, it wasn't exactly what he wanted. A week into wearing it and one of the gems were already loose though. The owner was also supposed to give two gems to us in the cost of the ring in case they broke and he still hasn't which is really making us angry. He also promised another 'work' ring to my husband for nothing and he hasn't fullfilled that end of the bargain either. My ring came out perfect and I have no complaints on that end. I would give this store more stars if they didn't leave us with open ended promises.
