WORST experience EVER! We went here to get our bridesmaids dresses. We made a late appointment at a bridal show to work around everyone's schedule. When I arrived I asked them to pull up the selections I had saved to my account and they said they had already looked and I had none. I had to pull them up on my phone while we walked around and looked for the dresses on the racks. While the girls tried on dresses I had nowhere to sit. After three dresses they had found one they really liked but wanted to try one more. The lady told them they were closing and we shouldn't have made such a late appointment...WHAT!? The girls decided to get the one they had tried on last. When they asked about layaway, which was the only reason we came, they were told the dresses they were looking at were not available for layaway. In the meantime, I had been looking for a new corset tie for my gown and when I looked online, everyone had said to look at DB. They didn't even want to sell me one because I didn't buy my dress there. When they finally agreed to they quoted me one price and when I went to check out it was $90 more! When I went to the store I bought my dress at, they informed me that I would not be able to get it dyed as DB stated I could. My girls ended up getting their alterations at the store where I bought my dress and the store also bought the corset from me and MADE me a new one in the color I wanted. I wouldn't recommend a chain store like this to anyone! Find a small store and support them!
