Awesome DJ. I could not have asked for a better DJ, we was perfect, perfect music, kept everything moving along and was fun and funny!! Totally should use him!
There are not enough characters here for me to write my review and she got a one star rating from me because I couldn't put anything less. I also was told I had to rewrite my review for certain reasons, I just want every bride to know that I had a horrible experience with this photographer, there were many reasons as to why and I cannot sit here and name them all, but mainly it was the professionalism of the photographer, Laura, herself and the owner, Jen, herself that I felt did nothing to rectify the situations that happened here and I do not recommend her. The photographer, Laura, almost had a breakdown because she was listening to everyone but the Bride and Groom, which should be a given, she never apologized. She took more than one photo of a large group shot of my mother-in-law's family and only one photo showed up (or was found of this group shot, when more than one was taken or should have been taken, I mean who only takes one picture of a large group of people? Really?) with sun spots and blurry (this photo was one of the main reasons it took so long because her camera shutter kept acting up and not working correctly). Then the pictures state in the contract it should take 6 to 9 weeks and it took just over 11 weeks, when I kept asking the owner where they were she kept telling me that I should have known (I am not sure how I should have known this, because it was written knowwhere in the contract nor ever told to me until then) that during the holidays pictures can take longer than expected....She kept giving me dates that they would be done, and those dates would come and go and then another date would be given and so on and so forth. When we finally got the pictures is when the one photo was missing initially of the mother of the groom's side of the family, I was offered a discount and freebee for this missing photo and Laura's behavior, then the one picture was found, all blurry with sun spots and I was expected to pay full price and the freebees were taken away because the situation had been rectified, which I felt it had not. Then the emails between Jen and I went back and forth with her arguing this and that, and me arguing back, trying to get my point across, I finally paid her so that I could at least get my pictures (and there are a handful that turned out well that I wanted, but very many that were horrible that I should not have had to pay for, and I should not have had to pay for the service as it was horrible, and should have gotten money back for the way I was treated) and be done with the situation and so I could then write my reviews. I was afraid to write them before I got my pictures for fear she would never give them to me, now this is my third edited review (under the same name and edited under the same exact review, I decided I wanted to add more to it) and she has done nothing but threaten to file a court order on me and my family and friends if we continue to write negative reviews on her. I am only sharing my experience with brides to let them know to be carfeul who you choose as your photographer because my whole ordeal was a nightmare, and it still ongoing just becuase I want to to tell people what I went through and Jen does not want people to know. Good luck brides and I hope you all have a special wedding day.
