There may be a dress for you here (just like any other shop), but the customer service is HORRIBLE here. I went to try on dresses alone not thinking I was going to purchase. I went to their off the rack dresses and the consultant told me I should not purchase a dress more then 3 sizes bigger. As the consultant and I were browsing the dress rack I thought she went to the size 8 rack and pulled a dress, I am a size 2 so that is the largest I could try on. The dress didn't have a size and the consultant clipped me in too fast so I couldn't see how large it was on me. I left with the dress in hand for less then half price. When I got home I read the sheet of paper with the dress info and found out the dress was in fact a size 12 (my mistake I should have confirmed, BUT her job was to get me a size that could be taken in). I tried to take the dress back, at first the owner of the shop, Marilee, said I could order the dress in my size at full price. I came in the next week, and she started YELLING at me that I should have known the dress was discontinued, and that I purchased the dress and no refunds are granted. She brought in her alterations and after they gave me a quote of $300, the owner started telling the seamstress that she should do more elaborate alterations. she said "it's going to cost more money but this is the way I want it to look"!!!! I tried again to swiitch out the dress and then she started telling me how this will be held up in court as I knew there will be no refunds. I LEFT! Now I am trying to sell online. Most businesses should know that sometimes to get more business you have to actually SERVE the customer!!!! The owner was a JERK!!!!
