The staff was patient and very helpful as we made our final selections for the groomsman. When the entire group of 6 guys showed up all at the same time to pick up their tuxedo's, they took their time with them to ensure they were satisfied and each had the proper fit. The quality of the tuxedo, shirts, shoes and all were very good. The prices were very reasonable and we found the quality and level of service to be superior compared to the other larger chain options.
Janise and Todd were great to work with. Both were very professional, they took control of the day to ensure we captured all of our cherished memories and were also a lot of fun. I liked getting the package deal to include or preview proofs and a beautiful professional album. They also provided suggestions for on-site locations and the venue we selected was beautiful. I also thought it was great that they work as a team to take photo's from different angles and areas to be sure each and every important emotion is captured.
Our cake was delicious and overall we were happy. The design and look of the cake was exactly what we pictured, but we received many compliments. I would suggest ensuring an agreed picture or drawn design is determined with a contract.

We reserved a Crystal Coach Limo Bus to accommodate our large bridal party. I liked that it provided plenty of space, was comfortable and we could stand up. Our driver was professional and they provided bottled water and champagne, which was a nice addition to the package price. Their packages are reasonable as well.
We were able to make nail appointments the day before the wedding and then hair and make-up for a total of 10 in my bridal party. We had the whole salon to ourselves and they took great care of our needs. They also provided refreshments and mimosa's.
