Most amazing vendor! He was professional, friendly, funny, and amazing to work with! He was the ONLY vendor I had ZERO issues with the entire planning span! He kept me in the loop for everything and was happy to work around my schedule and needs. He is also very budget-friendly and is fine with a payment system, etc. Highly recommend!
This cheesecake is the BEST cheesecake I have ever had. It is delicious and having it for the wedding was a HUGE HIT. The communication with the company, however, left a lot to be desired. My appointment was canceled two days before I had it, and I live an hour and a half away so I had scheduled other appointments for that weekend. I ended up having to drive up there twice just for the cheesecake appointment. It took her a long time to get back to me with emails as well. However, she was on time for the wedding, the display looked amazing, and everyone LOVED the food!
They were uncooperative and unfriendly, but we got a discount because of a bridal show we went to. They messed up one of our orders and a groomsman had to go back and grab his tux right before the ceremony, only to have the wrong vest in it. All of our pictures now feature one groomsman with an incorrect vest because of the timing.
Could not have been happier! These group of ladies go above and beyond! I did a trial run a few months before the actual wedding and was very happy when they accommodated not only me, but also my last-minute bridesmaids who didn't want to do their own hair. They had snacks / drinks ready for us in the morning and are very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend hair and makeup from Patron's on your wedding day. Mine held all day and night and the photos look gorgeous. WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
