This is for the Shenandoah location. Absolutely do not recommend this company. They were awesome to buy a suit from (we've bought many there and had a great experience), but not to rent from. The employees, with the exception of one lady, are awfully rude. They reneged on discounts that they offered us. They did not give us all the information upfront about when to pick up, when to do second fittings, how close to the event could you make changes. The biggest offense was the price of our little ring bearers tux. Had they told me it was going to cost $200 to rent a little boys tux (which is the same price as the adults), I would have gone to kohls and bought one for $40. Will never rent from them again.

We rented tuxedo's from Men's Warehouse. We selected Men's Warehouse because we live in Washington, DC and there is a location near us and in Monterey. So the groomsmen were able to get fitted and order their tux's in DC and then pick them up in Monterey. There were a few mistakes with our order that I had to call a few times to make sure were corrected, but other than that it was a pretty easy process.

Tux was great!

They were uncooperative and unfriendly, but we got a discount because of a bridal show we went to. They messed up one of our orders and a groomsman had to go back and grab his tux right before the ceremony, only to have the wrong vest in it. All of our pictures now feature one groomsman with an incorrect vest because of the timing.

Okay for the price.

After shopping around for tuxes, we ended up deciding that Men's Warehouse was the least hassle for a decent price. We had groomsmen in Omaha, Denver, Lawrence, Council Bluffs, and St. Louis, and they were all able to get measured in their respective cities. It was also nice to be able to return the tuxes to any location of Men's Warehouse. Make sure you try on your tux before you leave the shop because several of the guys had issues that had to be fixed (too small vest, wrong length of pant leg, etc.), but these problems were remedied quickly and without much hassle.

While the tuxedos were very nice and comfortable. The service at the stores aren't always great. Expect long waits and fake sincerity. Tuxes are back the next day and there is a 20 dollar late fee if for everyday after that.

Got buy one get one free suits for our groomsman, which ended up being about the same price as renting a tux. Much better quality so the guys were not hot and got to wear the suit home! Did not know alterations were extra.

had exactly what we wanted.

We picked our tuxes from Men's Warehouse (TUX) next to David's Bridal in Strongsville, and we worked with Nicole. She was a huge help and our tuxes looked sharp. They did such a nice job, plus they give the guys socks, I actually went to a wedding where some groomsman wore white socks and it looked funny.

Not impressed with customer interactions...

The tuxedos were good quality, but the service wasn't that great. We had a few issues with them, but not enough for me to go somewhere else.

Got the wrong tuxes in the wrong color twice! Second wedding I have worked with them and have gotten something other than what I ordered and they don't seem too interested in fixing the problem.
