Brand new, extremely nice, clean, and very conveniently located in relation to the wedding site.
Not entirely impressed with this company. The customer service wasn't the best and when some of the groomsmen and even the groom's tux did not fit properly and was not the correct size, they told us "it's the way it is and we can't do anything about it."
Somewhat over priced. Delivery men were nice but instead of setting up the tables and chairs like we had paid for them to do, they just laid them stacked under the tent so my planners actually had to set up everything. Also, I thought it was somewhat rude how the manager of Stewart's kept saying that we HAD to tip his delivery men. I was planning on tipping them anyways on top of the after hours delivery fee we had paid but for him to keep saying it was rude.
I love GiGi's. However, some of our cupcakes looked squished and the icing on the anniversary cake was not smooth and looked bad.
