We shopped for (and ended up buying) bridesmaids dresses at Zita's. They have a large selection of dresses to choose from, and big fitting rooms that accomodate multiple people. We found a great dress and decided to buy it, and that's when the headache began. BUT, it's not even worth going into the details, because in the middle of working out my order (a several week process) the store came under new management. Marina, one of the new people, was incredibly helpful and patient. She unfortunately bore the brunt of my frustration even though she had nothing to do with it, and did whatever she could to help me and get my girls the right dresses. They even worked out a special payment situation for me that was a little tricky to keep track of, but they were willing to work out everything. My girls were all over the country, and they took care of calling or e-mailing them to get details and even shipped the dresses to mutliple locations. The dresses turned out great--I loved them, and the bridesmaids said they did too. I hear that Zita's is moving to a new location in downtown Milwaukee, and even in the old place I would recommend working with Marina and her team at Zita's.
Very helpful and very freindly staff. They have a huge room loaded with dresses, and large, comfortable dressing rooms. The staff was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My dress came in ahead of schedule and all communications were clear and easy. I'd definitely recommend Stone Manor to any bride or bridal party!
Very easy, especially if your groomsmen are spread across multiple cities or states. They have a large selection of tuxes and lots of options, plus a large selection of colors. The best part is that if you have 5 or more rentals, either the groom's tux is free or he gets a voucher for $400 towards a suit.
We worked with the shop in Glendal, near Bayshore, and everyone was very friendly and very helpful.
We were really impressed when we met them at a bridal show, but were rather disappointed with things beyond that. They were difficult to get ahold of and took a while to respond. They kept the dance floor full the entire night, but they did not play any of our must play songs--we had to ask for all them. They also started our first dance an hour late. So, they were decent, but I'd recommend someone else.
