Cons- He disappeared for an hour or so after the wedding. Its been a month and still no pictures.
Very disorganized. When you go there they will help everyone as well while they are helping you, regardless if you have questions or not.
They screwed up a couple times with colours and sizes. Things were only finalized days before the wedding.
