Very disorganized. When you go there they will help everyone as well while they are helping you, regardless if you have questions or not.

They screwed up a couple times with colours and sizes. Things were only finalized days before the wedding.

Kind of a pain in the butt. The tuxes were very nice and it was convenient that there are so many locations since the groomsmen live in different cities. We didn't get our "5th tux free" until after the wedding and after a few discussions at which point we were reimbursed.
