Used for rehearsal dinner catering. The service, organization, and professionalism was abysmal to say the least. I was on the phone with him almost every day the week before the wedding correcting the date the food was supposed to be done, time, place, drinks, etc. All of which had been specified much earlier. And he STILL didn't get it all right, two of my groomsman ended up late to rehearsal because they were waiting for the food to finish so they could bring it out. His only Saving grace was that the food was fantastic!!!
Lynn was truly amazing! From the fresh flowers to the smallest of decorations at the reception she had every single one of my bases covered. She really knows her stuff. She arranged all of my fresh flowers, made my arrangements, knew all the right places to go (or not to go) for the shopping process, dresses, veils, etc. She was worth her weight in gold and I never stressed out once!
J diamond is a very good DJ. He has a very nice web portal system where you can request all of the songs that you want. I was however a little disappointed because over 75% of the songs I requested (of which there maybe 20) he played during dinner as background music not actually during the dancing. My mistake was that I did not specify that with him he would probably change that if I had.
