Franco's bistro

Used for rehearsal dinner catering. The service, organization, and professionalism was abysmal to say the least. I was on the phone with him almost every day the week before the wedding correcting the date the food was supposed to be done, time, place, drinks, etc. All of which had been specified much earlier. And he STILL didn't get it all right, two of my groomsman ended up late to rehearsal because they were waiting for the food to finish so they could bring it out. His only Saving grace was that the food was fantastic!!!
