I saw all the negative reviews on this bridal shop, but as it's close to home I stopped in anyway. When you're there they are very nice and have a great selection. They weren't real helpful, but nice. I knew what dress I wanted and their price was lower than anyone else, so I ordered through them. I also had my bridesmaids order there for the same reason. But! The customer service ended there. They are completely unorganized - they lost my maid of honor's order and then ended up ordering it twice! My dress was over a month late (luckily I had ordered with plenty of time), and they said they would rush the girls and didn't so we had to rush to get theirs altered. In the mean time, everytime I called I was given the run around and outright lied to and that's when I could get someone on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone - especially if you don't have alot of time to babysit your order.
Jerry and Julie Law were a joy to work with! Their totally customized ceremony wow'd everyone! I don't think there was a single guest that didn't comment about it being "awesome," "cool," "best ceremony ever," and even "neat." (the old folks) If you want something totally memorable, hire this couple! Just watch out for the homework. :)
These guys are great! We didn't want to do the standard "stand in the middle of the dance floor and rock back and forth" thing, so we had Chad choreograph a routine to our song. It was perfect! Easy enough for us novices, but fun and flirty enough to be entertaining. Yvonne was a wonderful and patient teacher.
To start-I'm not artistic and I'm not a florist so I wanted someone that would see my vision and tell me how to make it happen. I actually interviewed 4 florists before I found the one that did just that. The rest pulled out photos of flowers and asked me to pick. Jodi asked some questions, told me it would be fabulous, and went to work! My flowers were beautiful. I've seen posts about Jodi being a little over the top - I would say she is, but just go with the enthusiam - it can be contagious. :)
I actually only interviewed one photography company - Artisan Photography. I knew before I met them that I wanted them to take our photos. Something about their work online really touched me. Andrea and Greg were perfect to work with and we absolutely love our photos!
I will begin by saying our bridal cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and tasted great. However, we had alot of problems with the employees attitudes here. They definitely need work on their customer service. Had we not had to use them because of our contract I would have cancelled with them on more than one occasion. For the actual cake I would recommend them, but if you want a great wedding experience, find another vendor.
I had concerns using KAK for our groom's cake because I couldn't find alot of information. I shouldn't have worried! I surprised my groom with a perfect reproduction of his old 1968 Purple El Camino! Jay was wonderful and I can't wait to find a reason to use him again!
Lisa and Aubrey were great to work with! They kept the party going all night and even kept me on tract! And the Love Story was one of the highlights of the night.
Perfect honeymoon in Jamaica! The Sandals team really know how to make you feel welcome. We loved it so much we've already booked our next Sandals vacation in 2011 at their new resort: Emerald Bay!
