Once in a Lifetyme Bridal

I saw all the negative reviews on this bridal shop, but as it's close to home I stopped in anyway. When you're there they are very nice and have a great selection. They weren't real helpful, but nice. I knew what dress I wanted and their price was lower than anyone else, so I ordered through them. I also had my bridesmaids order there for the same reason. But! The customer service ended there. They are completely unorganized - they lost my maid of honor's order and then ended up ordering it twice! My dress was over a month late (luckily I had ordered with plenty of time), and they said they would rush the girls and didn't so we had to rush to get theirs altered. In the mean time, everytime I called I was given the run around and outright lied to and that's when I could get someone on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone - especially if you don't have alot of time to babysit your order.
