Down to earth baker. This girl really had it going on. Her cakes are awesome and her butter-cream was out of this world!! Highly recommended!!!
We had our Rehearsal dinner at the Timmeron headquarters and we're glad we did. The food came right out of the kitchen and straight to our buffet table. They have a nice dining room set up right next to their kitchen so we were able to see them prepare some of the food (from a safe distance of course) which was really cool. They even have a nice patio with a water feature that we got to use as well.
The food was the best I'd ever had the privilege to taste at a wedding or rehearsal dinner. It was out of this world. A culinary feat! Chef Christopher had made a pasta course that had italian sausage made with deer meat. It was the best deer sausage I have ever tasted by far! He didn't even put pork in it like most people do with deer sausage (putting pork in deer sausage kind of ruins the appeal.)Chef has a recipe for "Agua Fresca" that really hits the spot and we couldn't have enough of it.
The staff was polite and helpful. The Sous Chef was a treat as well. They even recommended a nice guitar player to play some latin-style instrumental guitar tunes throughout the evening. It was nice to be able to enjoy some well-played pure music while we ate.
All around it was a great experience. If we had a chance to do it over again we would. Nothing different. Thanks Timmeron!!
Rev. Moody performed a fantastic ceremony. We asked him to leave out the words "God" and "Obey" from our ceremony and he had no issues with it. We told him pretty much the basics on what we wanted the ceremony to be like; the mood, the short & sweet length, the absence of any specific religion, things we wanted included, things we wanted to avoid saying. He delivered with seemless accuracy. We expected to sit down with his 1st draft and go over the changes we would need or any additions we would want but after reading the draft it was exactly what we had envisioned. Halfway through the ceremony it was apparent that we were having mic interference issues and he took the initiative to turn off his mic and save our ceremony from disaster. Rev. James Moody seems to be a natural at the officiant business.
We asked WoW Factor for unusual/atypical flower arrangement and it was delivered on the spot. Flawless!! Keri put succulents in our bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces. At least a dozen of our family and guests took home some of the succulents to plant in their own homes and flowerbeds. Fantastic work!!!
Cakes were fantastic. Fondant tasted great and the designs awed our guests. Upside down multilayer cake and a cigar humidor grooms cake that people thought was a real humidor.
Beautiful work!! Nothing but raving reviews from our guests. Keri used succulents in our bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces. At least a dozen of our guest have replanted succulents from our wedding in their own homes and flowerbeds. We wanted atypical/unusual flower arrangements and WoW Factor pulled it off flawlessly. FANTASTIC work!!!
