We found Vizual Productions at 2 bridal shows. Their price seemed reasonable so we went with them. Everything went fine at the wedding. After the wedding, they were nearly impossible to get a hold of. I am very patient but got nervous as our 1 year anniversary was approaching and we had not gotten the video. I left messages with no return calls and sent emails with no response. Then thier number was disconnected. Only after I sent a certified letter threatening legal action if we did not get our video, did I get the video. They never called me, never apologized, never said anything. I am glad we got our video but they caused us alot of grief and thier work was only average. They have no sense of good customer service. I would not recommend using them!!!!

I love Jo. She did a wonderful job at our wedding and our flower were beautiful!!
