They delivered and picked-up with no problem. However I told them to call my location vendor to confirm a drop-off time and they never did. I had to call back and remind them several times. Also, since I reserved my rental items over the phone and asked for an invoice before I gave my credit card number. I only received that invoice 2 weeks after the event.
Beautiful location! I had a lot of compliments on how pretty it was. But it's not top notch. Nothing is included in your rental so be prepared for that.
They were wishy-washy in decisions. For example, I was told that I could come by the night before and set up since our wedding was to take place at 11am. However, 4 months to go, I sent an email out to confirm that. They told me that was not in my contract. Then a week out they sent me an email confirming payment, location, time, etc but said I had the day before to set up. I called and they said no, they had that day booked and we could not set up that day. It was very frustrating.
They are helpful, but like all chain stores, are not extraordinarily. Decent prices, decent associates - but nothing special.
Elisa is an amazing photographer! She is friendly, fun, and very professional. Top notch pictures, we got them 1.5 weeks after the wedding! She sent us a CD of the photos along with 4x6 prints for free! Choosing her was one of the best decisions I made.
Julie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She and her family own a lavender farm in Harrisonburg and helped us so much!

Reverend Kirk was amazing! He worked along side us to make the ceremony personal and meaningful. He answered any questions we had straight away. All my quests kept telling me what a great job he did. I was very happy with him.
He's located out of Roanoke, but will travel if need be. His fee was $200 plus $25 travel fee.
