They did a nice job, but their set-up needs improvement. Carpet was taped down with large bubbles under it, which people tripped on a few times. Linens and dishes were in nice shape, chairs were nice as well. Their prices are reasonable, but we expected a better set-up.
Ken has nice properties, but many rules! We didn't want to be stripping beds and cleaning up after ourselves on our honeymoon. He's a nice guy though and his prices are reasonable.
They are a great team. Not only was the music just what we wanted to hear, they did a great job taking the lead with giving us the cues and handling the timing details. We received a CD with the ceremony, the speeches and the blessing recorded on it which was a great little treasure that we didn't expect. Highly recommend them!
Food was fantastic if I could rate it seperately I'd give it a 4, however, the owner was not on top of things like she said she would be, considering she charged us a fee to be the main contact between us, her and the rental company (which she insisted on). She let many things fall through the cracks and was not very professional. Caused lots of stress and was a huge disappointment! I wouldn't suggest the company because of her specifially.
Flowers were amazing, and the value was great. Didn't give her a 5 because: a) We had a cover designed for the alter which was a bit expensive that we were not able to use, which was disappointing. But it was because of the weather-no fault to either of us. But it was a waste of money considering it was made for a specific reason (to block the sun from our eyes at the alter) and b.) The alter decoration was supposed to go on the head table afterwards and for some reason, it was too heavy and she wasn't able to attach it so it just sat on the floor and the table was left very bare. Her travel fee was reasonable and she's a pleasure to work with. Her arrangements are gorgeous and she is very affordable.
Meg's talent is off the charts. She captured the most amazing shots and she was very flexible with us in terms of locations we wanted photos taken in. Her fee to come out to Colorado was reasonable.
The tuxes were rented out of Colorado Springs and they looked great. We just had a few mix-ups and they discontinued the jacket and didn't notify us until I asked why tux deposits weren't being applied...they said the cashiers didn't know what to do since the jacket couldn't be ordered.
Keri did a great job, her travel fee to come out to Westcliffe was reasonable. Her prices are high for Bridesmaids and mothers-of the bride and groom, but the bride cost was very reasonable.
