Vieques off of Puerto Rico is where to go! Domestic travel, no passports needed.

Flowers were spraypainted, corsages died before end of night, bouquet rose petals were brown, satin was dirty. over charged and under paid.
Not an organized vendor - traffic jam held up appetizers that were in her staff's vehicles-they were never cooked or served. not enough staff to serve, they never cleared plates from tables and told my family that the bride requested people to not get water (WHAT!?!?) Very unhappy with overall service.
The absolute best planner in the world - worth the $50-150 travel fee! A true gem :)
