First off, it is a rare occasion that I take the time to write a review. I wish this site allowed me to give this company ZERO stars. They were the WORST vendor we dealt with. The owner of the company is so rude and not will to work with the customer what-so-ever. One example (of the MANY we had with them, including them taking us to the wrong ceremony site!) was that we decided to go with another limo company literally one day after we put a $200 deposit down with Epic Transportation because we found a much lower rate somewhere else (not to mention nicer people over the phone) we were still 7 full months out from the day of our wedding and the owner of the company would not refund our $200 dollars. They also ended up overcharging us by $35 dollars and never refunded our money, after multiple attempts we finally gave up because we were so sick of dealing with the owner of this company. WARNING! DO NOT LET YOUR DAY GET RUINED BY THIS LIMO COMPANY!
This was the BEST vendor we worked with during our wedding planning. It is a tad out of the way (coming from Orange County, however our wedding was at Shutters in Santa Monica so it made sense) but TOTALLY worth it. Not only did they do multiple centerpiece mock-ups free of charge they are so incredibly affordable for the beautiful work they do. You would never guess by the location they work out of that you will end up with such beautiful flowers but both my husband and I were so impressed by this family owned flower shop. Eddie (who happened to be our main point of contact) understands "us brides" and has no qualms about changing things at the last minute and will totally put your mind at ease throughout the whole process. I think this company even did Hillary Swanks wedding. From beginning to end this company was AWESOME! You will be very happy you chose them once you see the final product. Oh and one more thing, if you want real flowers on your wedding cake have City of Commerce Flowers put them on (they will even provide the flowers if you like) once the cake arrives at the reception venue. We had one conversation about what we wanted done to the cake and table and were so pleasantly suprised with the work they did. So many of our guests commented on the beauty of our flowers thanks to this vendor.
