Epic Transportation

First off, it is a rare occasion that I take the time to write a review. I wish this site allowed me to give this company ZERO stars. They were the WORST vendor we dealt with. The owner of the company is so rude and not will to work with the customer what-so-ever. One example (of the MANY we had with them, including them taking us to the wrong ceremony site!) was that we decided to go with another limo company literally one day after we put a $200 deposit down with Epic Transportation because we found a much lower rate somewhere else (not to mention nicer people over the phone) we were still 7 full months out from the day of our wedding and the owner of the company would not refund our $200 dollars. They also ended up overcharging us by $35 dollars and never refunded our money, after multiple attempts we finally gave up because we were so sick of dealing with the owner of this company. WARNING! DO NOT LET YOUR DAY GET RUINED BY THIS LIMO COMPANY!
