We chose to have an outdoor BBQ dinner for our rehearsal dinner. We rented the patio, which was attached to a sand volleyball court - a big hit! Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the casual style of the dinner. The management was often difficult to reach because they were often not at the restaurant, but were easy to work with once we were able to set things up.
