Jan was not only fabulous to work with but the cake was outstanding! We recieved so many compliments about how it looked and how it tasted.
Greg met with us a couple of times before the wedding to make sure that everything was in the order that we wanted. He supplied a schedule of events which put my mind at ease. They put together a fabulous slide show that was presented after the meal. They did great crowd control and kept our guests our their feet. there was no time that the dance floor was empty
THe food was awesome! There timing however wasn't the best. They were ~ an hour late so they were setting up while the guests were all there and we were supposed to be starting to eat. I have to say that the quality of the food was worth the chaos.
