Betty is very difficult to meet with, she only meets with potential customers on Wednesdays. She books well in advance as she only does a few cakes a month. She does not require much guidance in decor department as she creates beautifully elaborate displays! Her cakes are delicious. We purchased both a wedding cake (white cake with buttercream frosting) and a grooms cake (peanut butter cake/peanut butter icing and a chocolate drizzle).
We used Audrey for ceremony music with the traditional organ. She provided a string trio for the ceremony. They coordinated on their own for practice and coordinated with the organist as well. We also had Audrey play at the cocktail hour for strolling violin music. We recieved a multitude of compliments on her music. She did a fantastic job and learned new mucis just for our ceremony.
BTBJ provided a great array of music which kept our varied age guest well entertained for well past the 4 hours he was supposed to play. The music was great and he provided a great worksheet to plan the reception with
Djamel Ramoul the photographer for Elle, is very professional. He is easy to get along with and provides great guidance for everything (from make-up to hair). He ensures that everyone is comfortable and goes beyond his duties as a photographer. He is a bit expensive, but imagine he would be willing to work with any budget. His work has won multiple prizes for his fantastic photography. Also, you own every picture he owns, and he provides them to you on DVD which allows you to reproduce them for a low cost.
The flowers which were provided for the ceremony site were gorgeous. Mary, the wedding florist was very open to ideas and suggestions. She is easy to get a hold of to discuss plans with. Delivery was on time and she assisted in setting up the site.
