Easy to register and use. We weren't able to find everything we needed so had to use another registry for those items (such as tools).
I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got just that. Loved their work!
Great, fast service and selection. We rented table cloths, table runners and cadelabras.
Beautiful and fun, but there was a mess-up with our late check-out on the DAY of the wedding (bride & bridesmaids spent the night before the wedding here for easy access to the beauty/ceremony/reception venues). Had specified late check-out with the staff at multiple times when making and confirming the reservation. On the day of the wedding, front desk staff tried to force us out of the room- while we were getting ready for the big day. It was eventually resolved with the manager, but had already added lots more stress to the day. However, we (bride & groom) stayed here on the wedding night and enjoyed the great service and amazing room. In their defense, there was a big event going on downtown that probably increased the need for rooms, but we had already been promised a late check-out.
