The tasting is at Kelly's home in N.Austin. She was very sweet and made you feel welcome. After I had two other appointments (Lucy's and Sweet Tempered). Sweet Austin had incredible Swiss Buttercream icing and was moderately priced, so I chose Sweet Austin. I was so excited!
When I asked for an estimate Kelly sent it to me several days later. There were some mistakes so I sent it back with the corrections. (She had an order for about 300 servings, instead of 150). She never re-sent it back to me. I called her about the changes made and she insisted she had emailed it to me, but I never got it. She stated she would resend it. I never got it again.
I sent her about 3 emails and 3 phone calls and never got any thing in return.
Keep in mind this is now about 1 month before I was getting married!!!
Although the cake tasted great, I would NEVER go with someone who was so unprofessional and lost a potential client because she couldn't email or call me back!
Rebekah by far has the best prices for AUSTIN!!! She is very sweet. Flowers were great. My bouquet was incredible. She came at the end of the ceremony and cleaned up all the flowers, which was nice and saved us time and effort! Thanks!
Great Venue for a wedding! Thalia is great! I got this venue right when they first started, so my price was cheap! The house sleeps 20-30 people! Full kitchen. Covered Pavillion is gorgeous! The seating for the ceremony is just so pretty! Highly Recommend! Thanks!
