Average. The music provided by the DJ were songs we chose, so that was fine. His announcing skills were decent, but he did try to talk over the music a few times and guests couldn't hear. It was leading up to the wedding that we had issues. They didn't get us contracts in a timely manner. Contracts had to be sent back for missing or incorrect information. Just felt very sloppy.
Brittany was great to work with. She patiently worked with me to figure out my style preference, and designed my flowers accordingly. Her team did an amazing job with set up, and my guests raved about the flowers!
Our photographer was the absolute best! He took amazing pictures, yes ... but he was also so very personable. Great to work with, meticulous in getting the best shots. We simply cannot say enough about him!
The only reason I don't give 5 stars on this one is b/c we haven't yet seen the final product. I can tell you that Danielle is very professional, and if you go oto her website, you'll see some of her masterful creations. She did a wonderful job of being in all of the right places at the right times, w/o being in the way.
We had a 1959 vintage ivory rolls that whisked us away at the end of the evening. The driver was friendly and on time. The car was immaculate and beautiful. When you first go to their location to leave a deposit and pick out a car, they don't have the friendliest or most welcoming staff. That would be the only downside.
Great service, great staff, great carriage. I got to pick the color carriage and horse that I wanted. They were on time, very amenable to working with my photographer, and helped make the event beautiful.
