Brian, then Brad did an amazing job of arranging centre pieces, bouquets etc. to perfection. With little specific direction from me, he was able to create a feel and look that went incredibly well with the whole venue. He has the ideas - use them!
Erik Peacock does not run a catering company. He is a chef and has unparalled talent for creating unique menus for large groups that taste as though each plate was a la carte. Worth every cent. Dare to be different with your menu (forget the standard tart and cake table). He loves challenges and exceeded expectations.
To have Michelle Bosc organize your venue, you must use Chateau des Charmes. But frankly, why would you use any other place in Niagara? She is the pinacle of elegence, and composure. She handles each event as though it were her only and is ready with solutions to problems before they even arise. She is my favourite!
