Beechwood provided the liquor for us. They did a great job and kept the drinks going. They also did a great job of cleaning up drink cups. We should have done more coordinating closer to the wedding since the prior coordinator had left. Because of this we had some miscommunications, but nothing major.
I did not order invites through them, but purchased all the materials and made them myself. Shipments were prompt, but the ink colors were not always consistent, and they have multiple websites that show different prices--I always had to check all of them to make sure i was getting the best price. All in all they have great ideas on their site and the paper is a great quality!
The music was absolutely amazing and our guests raved about the band all night (and weeks after). We gave them relatively free reign on what to play, but they learned a processional and recessional song for us. I could go on and on about how great they were!!
Herm Productions coordinated the band, DJ and did sound and light for the ceremony and reception. It was great having one point of contact to take care of all that we wanted. Alex was very helpful in addressing concerns, kept in constant communication, and was able to get us exactly what we wanted for a good price. Plus, the light show was AMAZING and transformed our venue. It truly set the mood and looks awesome in our pictures!
DJ Wally Wonder (out of Bloomington) is an exceptional DJ that kept the music going and kept everyone dancing. His club style was exactly what we wanted for most of the night but he was great about playing good songs for earlier in the reception. He did some fantastic mixes and scratches.
812.634.1018. Sanders did our catering for Friday and Saturday night--the food was delicious and fresh. Our guests RAVED about the ribs and the biscuits and apple butter! I think we cleaned out all of those things quickly. They also quickly cleaned everything up and we had no messes to deal with.
Jenny at Grise Photography is the most talented and amazing photographer I have ever encountered. Her artistic eye and attention to detail caught such special moments in unique ways throughout the night. She took so many special shots--and I didn't even know she was there! If you are looking to capture your day creatively and emotionally, then this is your photographer. She was also very flexible and worked in posed shots when requested....now I just have to weed down all my favorites! She also has the option to purchase all images on a high resolution DVD with the rights to reproduce them.
Roger and his team was so flexible and listened to exactly what I wanted. The flowers looked great, they dropped them off and they all look amazing in the photographs! I would definitely work with Roger again--their patience and creativity was GREAT!!
