DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! The driver we had was new to the company and had no clue where he was going and had to ask us. Then we got a flat tire and the driver asked me- the BRIDE where an auto parts store was because he had NO SPARE TIRE! Finally- they are completely REFUSING to give us any kind of refund or credit for this blatant oversight on their part! HORRID customer service- do not use! You will be sorry.
Another horrible vendor in the SW MI area. Nick does not return phone calls or e-mails and I've spoken with quite a few other brides from the chicago area who are getting married in MI that also felt the same way. He is rude and will promise you things and not follow through on them. I was charged an extra $70 for ribbon around the mason jars and then when I asked if he could add on more flowers (around the napkins) he charged me $400 and told me that I would have to find someone else to tie the flowers around the napkins b/c he "didn't have time" - now that's definitely NOT customer service! Our Mother's flowers were wrong and the men's bouts were wrong. The girls' bouquets were not what we had originally discussed nor were the centerpieces.
AWESOME photographer! Alexis and Kevin are amazing and extremely talented photographers. Everyone who sees our photos loves their work! They are fun and very easy going... Definitely would recommend them over and over to our friends and family.
