My husband and i both enjoyed shooting with shannon for my rock the dress shoot. although he was a little hesitant about shooting because he's a typical guy, he enjoyed shooting just as much as i did! shannon has an amazing artistic vision and captured some amazing shots for us! although i have only seen a few so far, i know the rest will be just as fabulous! i would highly recommend using shannon not only for a rock the dress session, but for wedding day sessions as well- you won't find a more professional and artistic photographer in the williamsport area than shannon!
Liz at Macys was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend stopping in the Lycoming Mall location to do your registry. Being back and fourth from Philadelphia often, and the Macys in Philadelphia having a much bigger selection, Liz was so accommodating in helping me add items that could be found in their location and veered my guests to items I wanted the most.
We loved the black stretch hummer! It was in prestine condition and the staff was fabulous! We had so much fun with our driver! The limo arrived promptly with our bottles of champagne chilled and ready to go! Highly recommend, very professional!
Anyone who can get Justin to actually enojoy having his picture taken deserves an A+, not to mention how easy breezy the pictures were- we went to multiple locations around town, and Gordon's artistic vision was simply incredible. Gordon even showed us some of the shots he took because they were PERFECT. I am very much looking forward to getting back our pro pics- and when I do, you can look at them and see them for yourselves- and that he deserves beyond an A+!! Gordon was also the easiest vendor to work with, he took notes, and followed up- which was WONDERFUL especially compared to our entertainment.
Daddy O rocked the house down, which is what they are known to do, however, leading up to the wedding, they were almost impossible to get ahold of. Maybe its because they do weddings so often, but still, when your a nervous bride, and have problems getting ahold of your band- it's stressful! They are not the best communicators to say the least, but they are amazing at what they do. Everyone had a fantastic time and they truly did bring down the house! The only downfall was that I constantly had to call and follow up with them, because you could talk to one person and another person and they would have no clue what was going on- they have some HUGE communication issues, but aside from that- if you can deal with it- they are an amazing band and really get the crowd going!
All flowers for wedding and reception.
Rosemary and her staff definately exceeded my expectations- the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Flowers were all delivered and set up on time and stunning! I have never seen this type of work done anywhere in the Williamsport area. The only thing that disappointed me was that I didn't want any greens in the bouquet and the bouquet definately had some greens in it- but it was still stunning, with greens or without greens.
Tuxes, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girl Dress, Headpiece, Veil & Wedding Gown
From the very beginning, Amber Rose has the most outstanding service! Amy and Shannon were so helpful and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it! After the dress was picked, up until the final fitting, they kept me updated on the dress. The seamstress- Flo- was absolutely amazing, not much needed done with the dress because it fit so well to begin with, but she made it look PERFECT! Amy even came to my house with the dress and veil in hand on my wedding day to dress me and make sure everything looked flawless. The tuxes arrived the Tuesday before the wedding which gave all of the Groomsmen plenty of time to pick up and try on- none needed alterations! The bridesmaid dresses were a style that they typically didnt carry and they had no problems with ordering them in for me to look at, and even gave my girls a discount on their dresses because we had purchased everything from them. Same goes with the flower girl dress, it was beautiful, i found it in Philly, but ordered it through them- which they dont even carry the brand- Watters- but were able to work with another dress shop to have the dress ordered. Bottom line- you won't find service better than the Amber Rose in Montoursville!
Cakes for Occasions by Kim Morrison State College, PA A+: Groom's cake & Wedding Cake
No words can describe the cake, it looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Everyone was in awe with how stunning the cake was in the center of the room. Kim is absolutely amazing and is world renound.. but WOW. is all I have to say.
Ceremony Music
I didnt know whether the cry or clap during the ceremony because the music was so beautiful. From the very beginning I didn't have to worry about ceremony music. I believe we met with Kristin and Chelsea once during the whole process of planning the ceremony, and didn't have to worry about it after the meeting. They organized everything from start to finish after the music was picked- and it couldnt have been more beautiful! The music was so beautiful we couldnt figure out whether we wanted to clap or cry.
