The staff at the Outback in Vienna were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner perfect. We chose a few items off their regular menu and the Outback staff had personalized menus made up and printed for us. They also gave our mothers bouquets of lilies and us a $25 movie theater gift card. And, as if that wasn't enough, the manager went down to a nearby grocery store to pick up the groom's cake I had ordered for the evening! Very highly recommended!
Not only did the cake look absolutely perfect, but it tasted amazing as well. They're located in Maryland, but delivery fees are very reasonable.
As soon as I hired the DJ connection, everything in my wedding seemed to gel and fall into place. Paul & Kathy Beardmore allowed me to not have to worry about what would happen when during my reception. So wonderful to work with!
Communication was a little difficult, which caused for some stress on my part. Also, they're only open until 4:00 on Saturdays, so if your wedding is after that, be prepared to pay a large delivery fee. Despite that though, the flowers for my wedding we amazing. Well worth the small amount of stress.
We rented town cars instead of limos. They were very professional and nice. Made us feel comfortable.
Rodney takes amazing photos, but I feel as though he was a bit rushed during our posed pre-ceremony pictures. For 7 hours and 2 photographers, we only received about 900 pictures. For what we paid for him, we expected more. However, one thing that was nice was that he wasn't in the way. He and his assistant were very good about staying in the background and not being obtrusive.
Very nice tuxes and the fact that they're nation-wide was really helpful. We did have a few problems with things not fitting and the groom's tie being dirty, but everything was fixed without too much inconvenience.
