These guys were the best! They were very professional and did a really elegant cocktail hour and dinner music, then they switched gears for the dancing. They were active on the microphone, keeping the crowd involved without being cheesy, and they kept the dance floor packed all night long, which really surprized us because we didn't think we had much of a dancing crowd! They really seemed to know how to read our guests and just kept playing what they liked!
Service was ok. My consultant had to take a medical leave half way through my fittings, and they kept switching me around. They ordered my dress in a 12 regular instead of a 12 petite, and the dress was very wrinkled when they sent it home with me. The whole point of using a full-service salon was to get more personal service. I wish I'd ordered on the web.
Excellent, delicious, beautiful cake at fair prices. This artist is a genius!!! She worked with me for weeks on a very difficult, unique design and exceeded all of our expectations consistently.
This instructor taught us more in two hours than one of the larger chains will teach in several weeks. She focused on what we were wanting to learn and worked with our actual music to choreograph with us a cute and classy dance, and her prices are great! We were thrilled.
Non-existant customer service. You cannot get a person on the phone. However, we were lucky and had no problems with our order. Custom champagne glasses were imprinted with my artwork in the correct color. Glasses were dishwasher safe (I tested -- on the highest hottest setting several times). Great prices.
We rented a white Dodge Charger, which was roomy enough for my giant dress and CHEAP! at about $22 per day.
