I met Ann Parker via a friend who recommended P-L to bake my wedding cake. Taste was our top priority, and I wanted something classic with flowers on top.
Fast-forward--the cake was the best I ever had; triple-decker cream fondant icing. Light green band around each base; anniversary and bottom layers chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries; middle layer vanilla cream and strawberries . Needless to say, guests came back for 2 and 3 pieces. It was excellent.
An added bonus was how very sweet Ann is, and the fact that she worked with a florist to add the design--circus roses on top. They also deliver for no extra charge.
