I received poor customer service from this vendor. I had challenges getting them to return my calls and when they did, they couldn't get my order straight. Although I ordered my flowers months before the wedding, just a couple weeks before they asked which kind of green rose I wanted. When I expressed my concern about the service I received, I was informed that I was welcome to use another vendor. The flowers were in decent condition when we picked them up.
Beth Sogaard Catering was excellent. Working with the manager Steve was a pleasure - he took into consideration my individual concerns and acted in some ways as a wedding planner. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. Steve saved the day by identifying a sudden change in the weather forecast the day before the wedding and secured us a canopy. It did end up raining but our guests were dry and warm!
