Our DJ Bill Armington was amazing. He was so helpful and catering. He took away all my worries and did his job very professionally. He had everyone dancing all night long, from the toddlers to the grandparents. The music was enjoyable for all ages. I could not asked of anything more from him.
When looking for a florist, I had a hard time finding flowers that looked modern. Then my tux shop recommended Kristina Lynn. Tina works out of her home in Schererville, which cuts costs down. I told her my budget and she helped me design flowers that really fit in with my design and tastes. I came in about 100 dollars under my budget as well. I would definitely recommend her if you want beautiful modern flowers on a budget. She really has a wealth of knowledge of flowers and flowers for weddings.
Not only was this a beautiful cake that matched my descriptions, it was also the most delicious cake I've ever had. I ordered devils food cake with french silk filling. It was a decent price as well, compared to other bakeries.
I did a candy bar instead of individual favors. I bought all my candy from the Albanese Candy Factory in Merrillville. The candy went so quick and the mom's with small kids were happy it gave their children something to do. Everyone really liked the candy and the idea.
The tuxes looked great and no one had any problems with them. Their prices are comparable to other shops.
I had a hard time finding a photographer for a good price, but without sacrificing quality. We really got our moneys worth with Artlynn. Our package did not have a time frame, the photographer stayed until he got all the shots he needed, which ended up being 700 pictures. I have so many quality pictures to choose from. I saw my pictures and pictures from a friends wedding who spent a 1000 dollars more on photography and in all honesty, my pictures looked better and I had more to choose from.
