Lauren and Clair did an amazing job on my hair and make-up! My hair was exactly what I wanted, and my make-up made me feel so glamorous!!!
Margaret was AMAZING! No complaints – my bustle did not rip, and the dress fit me perfectly!
I worked with Colleen from AECC. I met with her several months before the wedding so that she could show me the exact linens that I would be renting – I loved the linens! They did a wonderful job on the day of the wedding! The reason for the A- is because Colleen was difficult to get in touch with every now and again... Plus she would tell me that she would contact me by a certain day and then I would hear from her a week later. I understand that people are busy though - and my linens turned out just the way I hoped!
Jennifer is so sweet – I rented 210 chargers from her and they were perfect – added an extra detail that wasn’t necessary – but since I got a great deal, I couldn’t pass it up!
Ana was SO great to work with. Marshall and I hired her for her Day-Of services, and we are SO glad that we did! We met with Ana the week before the wedding to go over the timeline and then she came to the rehearsal to make sure that everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day, she was able to make sure that all of my DIY’s were set up, and was hooked up with Amanda (photographer) via 2 way-radio to coordinate all of the photos (and make sure that everyone was where they needed to be). She really did an amazing job – I would absolutely recommend getting a day-of coordinator!
Brendan is a WONDERFUL DJ! What can I say, the dance floor was packed the entire night!!! Even at the end of the reception, and the lights came on – people were still ready to dance! He exceeded all of my expectations!
As far as I am concerned, Amanda has lived up to her stellar reputation. She came to start pictures about 2:30 and worked as a team with John (Videographer) and Ana (Day-Of-Coordinator) to make sure that everything was captured. I am really excited to see the final product, and I have no doubt that they will be wonderful!
Bev from One Enchanted Evening is certainly an expert in flowers! She is a very hands on florist, and wants to make sure that your florals are exactly what you hope for. I was regularly in contact with her tweaking our flower plan and in the end, it was totally worth it! The best part was at the end of the night, she sent out a team to take down the centerpieces and make then into little bouquets for the guests to take home! The guests LOVED that!
I loved my dress (Kate from Sophia Tolli)! It was exactly what I wanted, and I have no complaints! I ordered my dress from Bella’s Bridal in West Bloomfield. Good price, nice people. The sales people were very nice and they wanted to help you find all of the accessories to compliment the dress – but after I ordered everything (dress, jewelry, shoes, etc), and was waiting for it all to come in – it seemed like they knew that they were not going to make anymore money off of me and they did not call me to tell me that anything had come in. I had to follow up on everything… And I wasn’t being a pest, because whenever I would call to see when something would be in, they would tell me that it had been in the store for a month or so…
I cannot wait to go back!!! EPM is such a grand resort and really pampers its guests! The website pictures are exactly what you get! And the staff is SO nice! Best vacation that I have ever taken!
