Everything was perfect. On time, professional, great music and air conditioning in our stretch Hummer for a very hot August day. The champagne was chilled and every flowing! We also had BYOB that was probably one of the best memories with all of our 16 member wedding party.
Wow! She made the bride look like a model, totally flawless. She traveled to all the sites throughout the day to take pictures and provide touch-ups for the bride and 6 maids. She even offers complimentary makeup for flowergirls (blush, lip gloss, etc) and makes the women feel special as well as beautiful. Totally great! Wish she could do my makeup everyday... it looks so natural!
We used their truffles in our favor boxes along with a note that a donation had been made in each guests name to the American Cancer Society. Our guests found the truffles to be delicious and were taking spare favor boxes home with them. We had mint and French vanilla flavors and both were a hit! They gave us a 20% discount for ordering in bulk in advance as well. Not to mention did not melt in the heat of summer!
We spent a considerable amount on our photographer but he was worth every penny. His picutres look as though they are right out of the magazine! Not amature at all and it shows he's been in the business over 25 years! We had our pictures and albums in our hands within 3 months and that's a fast turn around for wedding pictures. Even my unphotogenic husband looked absolutely perfect!
We were in at least 3 different times over the year we were engaged to ensure we had a "perfect" match for our maids attire. The staff always listened and even let me borrow a tie to take to the dress shop as a swatch. The only downfall is you must pay cash for the remainder of the payment if it is within 30 days of the wedding.
We got a discount for combining our DJ and videography services and I am so glad we have something to watch and remember our special day by. Also to share with others who could not attend. It's only been a few months since our wedding and we've watched it at least 3 times with friends and family. It's also a nice gift to give your parents and family members who live far away.
They have both strings a and jazz ensemble. A husband and wife oriented team that is wonderfully orchestrated! We had a string quartet during our ceremony and the jazz quartet played during our cocktail hour. I wish they could have played all night long! Top notch and professional.
We got so many compliments on our delicious cakes (bride and grooms cakes). We selected fondant icing and looked perfectly as well as tasted great. Donna really listens and runs the business out of her home but is detail oriented and professional. Her cake is the best around!
Tracy French and her staff are WONDERFUL! As an only child I really appreciated all of their assistance and woman-power, especially on our BIG day. Without their help we would not have been able to enjoy the party half as much as we did. We also received many compliments from our guests how nice the event was and how smoothly things went from 2pm until 11pm- they took care of everything and were classy and polite.
Our DJ was Derek and he was fabulous... keep the crowd pleased and dancing. He was great and on his toes for whatever we and our guests wished, but always doubled checked with us first if it was alright to play music requests we had not previously selected. He was outgoing but not obnoxious. Super! And the management at Complete Music is wonderful and aims to please, even after the event is over.
