Greg is responsive to emails and voicemails as well. However, it took more than 3 months and several back and forth mailings for us to get our DVDs. My biggest complaint is he kept spelling our names wrong, and we kept having to send the DVDs back to correct them. Also, I thought the quality was just okay. We paid for two cameras at the ceremony mostly to get a shot of the bride walking down the aisle and the groom's reaction, although you don't see the groom at all during the processional.
Julia Sieber has an amazing eye for detail and takes creative shots to capture the moments. She was very friendly and professional to work with. We highly recommend her!
Rick rocked the dance floor with all our pre-selected songs. His online system makes it very easy to select your favorite and must-play songs for each aspect of your event. Our only criticism is that we never met with him before hand, so he was a little rocky as an emcee, which we paid extra for him to do. He pronounced our last name wrong, called my matron of honor's dad up to do the father of the bride speech instead of my father ... His ability to play all the great songs throughout the night was enough to overlook him emcee skills. We highly recommend him as a DJ not so much as an emcee--get a friend to do it instead.
Is there a negative star rating because this would warrant it. This was my only bad experience in planning the whole wedding. I made an appointment four months in advance for my entire bridal party (to include my mom and aunt) to get manicures and pedicures. I spoke to two different people, and even had someone call me back to say she had talked to a manager to confirm they could accomodate such a large group. Then the day before our appointment, I called to confirm, and they had no record of my appointment. Then they had the nerve to suggest I had made an appointment with a different salon and that I was just confusing them with someone else! Well, come to find out, they just switched to a new computer-based system, so they probably forgot to put my appointment in. Oh, and one of the two "owners" of the salon, I found out just got there in May, so of course, she wouldn't remember me because she wasn't even there when I made the appointments. It was way too much stress to deal with the day before the wedding.
Fit in our party of seven women with less than 24 hours notice. They also let us bring in wine, which added to the ambiance. Very clean salon and friendly people. I would definitely go there again.
We rented the 14-pax Navigator. They showed up on time and were friendly when I was dealing with them to make the reservation. I would rent from them again.
Nice limos, showed up on time. We rented two of their Chrysler 300s for our bridal parties. One of the limos was seriously out of alignment, so it was shaking the whole time. Also, we thought it was kind of weird that the driver kept the screen divider down the whole time, so there wasn't very much privacy.
