They were very professional, and able to accommodate everyone from the party once registered in one location so that each party member can go to a location at their own time. The Bay Ridge location was very nice to our grand father who had to be measured but unable to stand up too long. They guaranteed us and assured us that if the shoe size is not right just bring it back and that they can get another size the next day.
Easy to create your own book, has online help with a real person to answer your questions. a bit frustrating if you are working on a book with over 50 pages but after intense work, patience and lots of time it became a unique party favor to give to one per family or household
